General Public, the first event is the community event, where we program something everyone can do, from Age 10 to 100. There are no judges here, just you moving to the finish line at your pace!
Competitors, this is where the standards come in as well as the judges. Doing the same workout as the General Public, just a bit harder. Then we add two more workouts to if you are "Fortitude Fit" for a total of 3 workouts to see who finishes on the podium.

New to function fitness? This is for those looking for their first competition. This is where you test out your newfound fitness and show off the work you’ve done.
Requirements here are you have never done a competition (thus "Rookie") unless it was the CrossFit Open, or you're own in-house events.

You won't see double unders, handstand walks, or bar muscle ups here.
